Supervision
Supervision with Johni offers motivated clinicians a supportive environment to enhance their clinical skills, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of the therapeutic process.
Since completing a doctoral practicum in supervision in 2019, Johni has supervised six doctoral-level practicums. She is passionate about supervision and dedicated to nurturing counselors, fostering confidence and competence. Her approach creates a safe space where supervisees can explore, learn from challenges, succeed, and work towards their professional goals.

Supervision is available for any LPCC or clinician in training who currently is working towards becoming licensed in the state of Colorado. Johni has been trained in many modalities of individual and couples counseling and will likely be able to provide meaningful supervision around a plethora of approaches.

Typically, meetings are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the need of the supervisee. Supervision sessions are 50 minutes long.

Weekdays Before 5 PM:

Weekends and Evenings:
—50 minute session – $150

The first step will be setting up a 15 minute phone consultation with Johni to make sure that she can provide the supervision you need and to learn more about what your goals are for supervision. If both Johni and the supervisee are comfortable moving forward, a date and time will be selected for the first supervision session.
The first session is 50 minutes where Johni will go over the supervision process and discuss confidentiality. In this session, it is common that we will discuss your professional and personal goals.
